Bought a chest freezer from Costco it worked great for almost 4 years .Then one day I had water all over my floor it quit.

Called Danby ordered a part from their 1-800 ,number gave them what we thought we needed in a part and our credit card. Told us in 10 to 14 days we would have it. 14 days passed our credit card was charged so I went asking where is the part. Called the 1-800 number sge fave me another number to call it was where the part was coming from .

Then was told that the part is discontinued! That we will get a credit back on our credit card. ???

They didn't think that maybe we should of been told this ?Now we have a freezer which can not be fixed here in my laundry room .
