Bought Danby apartment size fridge as a second fridge and within 6 months, the fridge stopped working. This happened in the beginning of the summer - when I needed the fridge.

I took Danby about 6 weeks to repair. Next Summer, same problem, same issue. Called Danby again, this time it took about two months to repair. Always the run around from Customer service, the part hasn't arrived, it's being shipped from China.

It's on ship. Etc. etc. can't believe they don't have extra parts in a warehouse somewhere here in Canada.

Anyway, finally got repaired and then broke down again post-warranty. Same problem. Called Danby and they informed me that it is no longer under warranty. But before that, I got the run around.

They have to talk to a manager. Three weeks later, I call to follow up. The manager stepped away from their desk. The manager stepped out.

I am so angry.

I got maybe 6 months of use out of a fridge I paid my hard-earned money to purchase. I will never buy Danby again!!!!
